Whilst working overtime or with deadline related stress, food loses importance (or is it eating that loses importance?). We might as well eat a pre-packed flavourless sandwich or an instant soup behind our desk. Actually, both relaxing and eating good food are essencial, and should be especially considered on stressful working days.
